Once you have read the retainer and disclosure statement, decide on a method of payment, fill in your account information and click the submit button. Once your request has been securely accepted you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed with case work.

Retainer Agreement

1. You, the client, authorize Princeton Law Firm to communicate as often as necessary with the three main credit bureaus and your creditors on your behalf. You also authorize Princeton Law Firm to have telephonic, e-mail and written communication with the three credit bureaus and your creditors in regards to your casework. You also authorize Princeton Law Firm to sign letters on your behalf as a means of communication with the three credit bureaus and your creditors as necessary.Client also agrees that by retaining the law firm and signing this retainer agreement, Client authorizes Princeton Law Firm to set up the client file and account and agrees that these services have been performed upon execution of this retainer for which client is authorizing billing. No charge will be made to client(s)' credit card or bank draft until service has been completed in full, both initially for account set up and each month for servicing. 2. You, the client, authorize Princeton Law Firm to collect a consultation and set up fee of $149.00(Single)/189.00(Couple) if not already covered in another offer within (3-7) days after signing the retainer. You also authorize Princeton Law Firm to collect a monthly fee of $69.95 (3-7) days after signing the retainer . This monthly payment will cover all credit repair services as they are completed on a month to month basis. All payments will be (securely) drafted by credit card or automatic draft from your bank account. In the event that you choose to cancel within three days, we will refund your set up and consultation fee. 3. You, the client, will forward the initial three credit reports to our firm by mail or fax to begin casework. You will also forward a copy of new credit reports every 90 days. If needs be, Princeton Law will order your credit report for you at a cost of 39.95 per tri-merged report to proceed with case work. Princeton Law Firm will dispute all requested negative information on your reports unless authorized by you to do otherwise. You will forward any correspondence received by US mail from the credit bureaus to our firm. You will also supply future reports if needed. You understand that the firm cannot produce the services in this agreement if you do not follow through with your obligations. 4. You, the client, agree to inform our firm within 5 days of any change of address or contact information. You also understand that you must maintain a valid e-mail address in order for our firm to communicate effectively with you. You understand that we will be limited to the services detailed in this agreement if you do not follow through with your obligations. 5. You, the client, understand that the firm cannot guaranty a specific result pertaining to these services. To produce the desired results, expect to give our firm up to six months from the date the credit reports are received at the firm. 6. You may cancel this contract, without any penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the 3rd day, which begins after the date the contract is signed by you. To cancel this contract, mail or deliver a signed, dated copy of the cancellation notice that will be sent to you after signing your retainer, or any other written notice to:826 East State Road Suite 200; American Fork, Utah 84003. This contract may also be canceled any time after casework begins. You will be responsible for payment on any casework leading up to the point of cancellation. 7. You, the client, understand that, in most cases, significant results will be produced within 60-90 days. Our average client is satisfied with our results within 3-6 months. 8. Please read our Legally Required Disclosure Statement below. 9. You, the client agree to print a copy of this page for your records. WARRANTY: You, the client, must complete the full six months of the retainer, send in all correspondence received from creditors and credit bureaus, and provide our firm credit reports as needed. If you do not either see any deletions or an increase in your scores by 35 points , then all monthly fees will be refunded.

CONSUMER CREDIT FILE RIGHTS UNDER STATE AND FEDERAL LAW You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any credit repair company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from your report only if it is over 7 years old. Bankruptcy information can be reported for 10 years. You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may be charged a reasonable fee. There is no fee, however, if you have been turned down for credit, employment, insurance, or a rental dwelling because of information in your credit report within the preceding 60 days. The credit bureau must provide someone to help you interpret the information in your credit file. You are entitled to receive a free copy of your credit report if you are unemployed and intend to apply for employment in the next 60 days, if you are a recipient of public welfare assistance, or if you have reason to believe that there is inaccurate information in your credit report due to fraud. You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organization Act. This law prohibits deceptive practices by credit repair organizations. You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed it. Credit bureaus are required to follow reasonable procedures to ensure that the information they report is accurate. However, mistakes may occur. You may, on your own, notify a credit bureau in writing that you dispute the accuracy of information in your credit file. The credit bureau may not charge any fee for this service. Any pertinent information and copies of all documents you have concerning an error should be given to the credit bureau. If the credit bureau's reinvestigation does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may send a brief statement to the credit bureau, to be kept in your file, explaining why you think the record is inaccurate. The credit bureau must include a summary of your statement about disputed information with any report it issues about you.
